Ultimate Mini Roast Beef Sandwiches

An easy, delicious mini roast beef sandwich with butter, horseradish and cheese
Ingredients
  • ½ lb roast beef
  • ½ lb roast beef
  • (1) oz package Provolone or Swiss cheese
  • (1) oz package Provolone or Swiss cheese
  • (1) 12 oz package Hawaiian bread rolls
  • (1) 12 oz package Hawaiian bread rolls
  • 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1-2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1-2 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Slice the loaf of Hawaiian rolls into a top half and a bottom half.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom half of the loaf.
  4. Layer on the roast beef first, then the cheese.
  5. On the inside of the top half, spread half of the melted butter and sprinkle with half of the poppy seeds.
  6. Place the top half of the loaf on the sandwiches.
  7. Spread the remaining butter on the tops of the rolls.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining poppy seeds on top of the rolls.
  9. Cook for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the meat is warm inside.
